The Stubbo Solar and Battery Project, an ambitious renewable energy initiative approved by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, posed a logistical challenge. This project aimed to generate a substantial one million megawatt hours of clean power annually, spanning 1,250 hectares of cleared grazing land with hundreds of solar panels. Transporting these massive quantities of solar panels from a factory in China to the worksite in Gulgong, NSW, presented a complex logistical puzzle. Each shipping container, weighing several tonnes, required secure and timely delivery to support this vital renewable energy endeavour.

解决方案

Innovative Logistic Services (ILS) took charge of the complex logistics, turning this ambitious vision into a reality. With over 660 containers each weighing 20 tonnes, ILS orchestrated the transportation process meticulously. Our comprehensive services included coordinating deliveries to the Kings Park warehouse, remarkably reducing lead times to less than 4 weeks.

ILS streamlined the logistics, facilitating the movement of solar panels across international borders. With expertise in solar farm projects like Stubbo Solar, we ensured secure, efficient and timely delivery of crucial components. By supporting manufacturers and renewable energy projects, ILS played a vital role in contributing to the region’s clean energy needs, demonstrating our commitment to seamless logistics solutions.
